Quick, Clean, Concise

This is a concise (but not short) book detailing a plan to get in shape. There is a very solid section in the front about what to eat and what not to eat, along with recipes and meal plans.

Then there is a long list of different 15-minute workouts to complete, and mix and match as you see fit. The book focuses on butt, legs and back shaping.

If you have 15 minutes a day, and the willpower to eat healthy, this book will certainly help you on your way.

Look hot from all sides...

This is a good book for those who want to look good not only from behind, but from all sides. It talks about eating right, going into some detail about foods good and bad for you. Than it explains the need and the method of proper workout, starting with the beginner’s but shaping and lifting workout to advanced level of the same. There is more useful information here, but to learn details, I recommend you read this book.

I found so many useful and interesting information about our body, the right way to eat, the effective principles, exercises etc. Definitely recommend for everybody who wants to look great!
