Developing good habits to feel better physically and mentally. From when you get up to when you go to bed.

I have been reading a lot of books lately, but this is one of the better ones. The author gives practical advice from getting up right away to filling your mind with good things throughout the day to eating right, staying hydrated with water. 30 habits to develop throughout your day to make you more productive and healthier - both mentally and physically. The author even admits at the end that doing this all at once can be a bit overwhelming. But with time and practice we all can be better people in different ways. I hope to start doing some of these right away and work in other things they suggest. I'm not going to do everything the author suggest, but many of the idea's I liked and agreed with. Good book!

Nice book, I will recommend this book to people all ages. One cannot do all of that is suggested in one leap. But gradual addition of these recommended habits are going to make a difference. Thank you !
