I love this journal! There's a spot in the front when you start and back when you finish the 90 days where you write down what you think about your eating habits, current exercise, current weight, your goal for the next 90 days, what success will look like to you and a place to put a picture, I drew one but you could tape one in there too. Everyday there's a spot to write down breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Also a spot to write your exercise, water consumption, stress level, energy level, summary of your day and areas for improvement. It does have a spot for the calories of each meal, but I don't use that part.
