What a wonderful and helpful book! This book helped me alot!

This book is perfect for anyone who wants to begin a walking program for health reasons and to lose weight.
In this book there is very helpful information about buying the PROPER WALKING SHOES. I learned much reading this section as I used to use jogging shoes for walking and my feet would hurt later.

Now I am going to shop for the correct type of shoes that will not hurt me feet. And I am taking the author's advice and walking around my home (carpet) to make sure they are comfortable before I wear them out on hard pavements.

Chapter 2 deals with how to get motivated to walk. The listen to music really works for me. In addition, I downloaded my favorite fast music to my phone and this inspires me to walk faster and longer!

Chapter 4 Walking on Treadmill vs Outdoors - this is a superb chapter because it describes benefits of both.

This is a complete book on walking and benefits and I found this book very helpful!

Highly recommend this book!
