An Absolute Life Altering Must Have Book!!

Every book that Terry Hershey has authored has significantly changed my life! "Sanctuary" is most certainly no exception. Most of us live on the edge, frazzled, afraid, buried in a life and lifestyle of our own making. We all need a personal private place where we can find shelter and sanctuary for our soul. As Terry reminds us, "A place where our soul can catch up with our body." Most of us live predictable lives. But how many of us are able or willing to take the time to find sanctuary? Do we take the time to ask ourselves 'What nourishes us, what do we love, what would we do if we had the time, what satisfies and inspires us, what gives us joy'? Terry guides the reader as to what to do when we are overwhelmed? How can we provide sanctuary for ourselves and for people in our lives? Terry helps guide us to answer questions such as 'what keeps us stuck and out of balance.' This book is a MUST HAVE for everyone. Terry Hershey gives us permission to become "unstuck, to waste more time, to be curious, to wonder, to laugh, to love, to daydream, to pet dogs, kiss babies and go into bakeries just to smell the air." Tuck this book into your purse or your briefcase and turn to it to remember how to live life wide open! And I suggest you buy a copy for a friend who would benefit from it. I can't think of most loving gift.

A Keeper

“Sanctuary” is not just another spiritual, self-help, or descriptive book in which we add even more information to our already-overloaded minds in our search for peace, love and joy in our lives. “Sanctuary” is a companion to our souls. Terry Hershey reminds us that we are okay exactly where we are and in who we are….right now….right here. Terry writes as though speaking with a dear friend, sharing and exploring together, thus creating a gentle space for the reader to open his/her mind and heart to the miracle of that which we already are, and to honor the space we need to renew and restore. Terry guides us gently into identifying, creating and maintaining our own personal sanctuaries. “Sanctuary” is a book that will offer comfort, companionship, insights, and even chuckles to one’s reading life. It’s definitely a Keeper.
