excellent guide ! Full of down to earth advice.

This book is really compelling and easy to read as this one is written based on the author's personal experience.
The author used to fall into panic easily and know that how miserable it was to experience that kind of situation so he created this book in order to genuinely help other people who have the same symptom as him. He vividly describes everything such as the moment when he had a meltdown, what he did to overcome it. It is easy to understand what he means and how he feels. Good job! The author is also good at explaining jargon such as GAD, PTSD. Now I can understand the difference between each term. If you really want to overcome your disorder, you have to know what type of disorder you have. I am sure knowing these jargon can help you out dealing with your disorder. My favorite part is chapter 3 named When Anxiety Attacks. Not only the author gives us detailed solutions but also elaborates on realistic examples. I couldn't help reading while I went through chapter 3. If you have anxiety disorder, I am sure this book can be your best guide to curing yourself. Highly recommended!

Amazing guide book on how to cure and dealing with anxiety. Anxiety is a problem that people often face, and this book includes a few reasons to why your anxiety is caused. Understanding the root will help to cure anxiety easier! Besides, I find this book well written with precise information. The author provides a plenty of dietary and exercise methods to help quitting anxiety. I will definitely recommend this book to my friend who is anxious with certain circumstances.
