My Paleo go-to book

If you want a wholesome idea about the Paleo diet or need some convincing before you start the diet then this is the book for you. Packed with facts, data and statistics this ebook takes a scientific approach to weight loss through the Paleo diet.
The book is based on the premise that the Paleo diet (an eating practice devised to mimic the natural diet of Paleolithic men) helps us get the benefits the hunter-gatherers enjoyed; that is of a longer, healthier, disease free life. What I like about the book is that the Paleo is projected more as a lifestyle choice rather than simply a fad diet. And I feel that is exactly how it should be, because it goes back to who we actually are-a species of animals. Hence the more natural and true to our roots we remain the healthier we will be.
Last, but certainly not the least is that this book is for keeps because it has lovely recipes for proper meals and even snacks at the end!

Great intro to the Paleo Diet

The Quick Paleo for Beginners was an easy guide to understanding the Paleo Diet that is popular right now. It has research, pros and cons, and tips to give the reader the information they need to make an informed decision on whether this lifestyle change is right for them. The recipes that are included look delicious and easy to follow. Some may peak the interest of those who are looking to eat healthy but may not follow the diet plan. This book is a good introduction to those who want to learn more but not ready to read extensive text about the Paleo Diet.

Simple Easy Approach To The Paleo Diet!

We all have that desire to lose weight and become healthy. But with so many diets to choose from it can be overwhelming. We want one that will work but will be healthy to losing the excess weight. The Paleo diet is the diet we all seek. It is appropriately named the “world’s healthiest diet”. Giving us a way to eat real food we are given the right approach to health.

Paleo is more than a diet it is a lifestyle and Siv clearly shows us how. I love his simple and easy approach making it great for someone just starting out or someone already on the diet and seeking more information and how-tos. Expertly he starts out by explaining what the Paleo diet is and how it works better than other diet plans. We learn how to get started as well as what to eat and what not to eat. Also excellent is how to make Paleo a lifelong commitment and awesome recipes. The recipes are tasty and easy to make-especially the beverages like the tropical smoothie and yummy desserts like the frozen fudge bars. But the meals are delicious too; covering breakfast, lunch and dinner from chicken, pork tenderloin and fish to even beef that leave you satisfied and not hungry. Siv covers it all that anyone would need to know to get started on the Paleo diet. My favorite chapter of course after the recipes; is the chapter on bringing it all together. This is an awesome conclusion to sum up this fantastic book.
So whether you are curious about the Paleo diet, just starting or already on it you can’t go wrong with the Paleo diet and Sam Siv!
