    An awesome diet plan!

    It is quite obvious that there is no way to lose weight except to burn more calories than what you take in. That being said, no weight loss strategy will work just in and of itself, you have to have a true lifestyle change. The 5:2 Diet is just the way to accomplish that. Unlike so many other diets, you don't have to stay on specific foods or supplements, or spend every moment of your spare time working out. Your body will learn to burn fat during the fast, and your metabolism will change. The other great thing about the 5:2 diet is that it gives you a range of different options, and you can chose which is best for you.

    This is an awesome diet plan that was completely new for me. I downloaded this book without knowing what is 5:2 Diet and after I read this book I learned how to organize my meals in order to take the maximum from them. This book is great and I will definitely implement advice from it in my daily menu

    This book is so poorly written it has managed to make an easy subject complicated. If this book had been submitted by an eighth grader for credit they would get a D. Read the original book not this paraphrased garbage.
